Free Shipping Promotion

Free Shipping is available on qualifying orders ($150 or more in value) within the contiguous United States. Express Garage Doors selects the carrier and service level that best fits your order, destination, and package requirements. Certain oversized, special handling, custom, and restricted items are excluded, and orders shipping to non contiguous states, U.S. territories, and international destinations do not qualify.

• Standard Shipping – Approximately 3 - 8 business days. Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion based on destination, package size, and delivery efficiency.
• 2nd Day Shipping – 2 business days. Carrier selected by us based on customer proximity and delivery time performance. Orders must be placed before 10AM MT, Monday–Friday, to ship the same day.
• Next Day Shipping – 1 business day. Shipped via UPS Ground or Fedex at our discretion. Orders must be placed before 10AM MT, Monday–Friday, to ship the same day.

In stock orders placed on weekdays before 10AM MT are shipped out the same or next day if ordered after 10AM MT. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped on the next business day. Once orders have been submitted shipping prices may not be able to be adjusted. By submitting an order you agree to the total cost of shipping. Shipping is a non-refundable service and once your order has shipped it can't be recouped.

Calculating your approximate delivery date - Do not include the day your order is shipped, weekend days, or holidays when calculating your estimated delivery date. Once your order ships tracking information from the carrier will give you the best information on when your order will arrive.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES ARE ESTIMATES - NOT GUARANTEES. SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE

Factors such as weather, and carrier delays can extend the amount of time it takes to arrive. These factors are out of our control and we do not offer shipping refunds on delayed shipments. Once an order has been shipped, the course of its transit is in the hands of the carrier service used. 

On the following Holiday Days the office staff will not be shipping out orders or answering support tickets, but our web store is always open. Place your order in our web store to be first in line for shipping on the next business day.
